every day

I'm still here, don't worry.

It seems like I haven't had a free day. I've had something to do or somewhere to go practically every day this past week. On the bright side, school's out! I did pretty good in all my exams, I'm satisfied with the results I've gotten so far, it's all good.

On the not-so-bright side, it's raining. There hasn't been a sunny day in about two weeks. I am so sick and tired of the rain, I could die. The sun'll come out, tomorrow!

I was supposed to meet the ex for coffee and talk (ok, show off), but at the last minute I chickened out and told him I couldn't make it and that we should reschedule. I am such a horrible person.

I went to a college party. I had one bottle of Smirnoff Ice. I'm such a rebel!

I went to the movies with my older sister and her friends, and I saw about ten bazillion people I know. It made me realize that living where I live is like living in Trailer Park, Alabama. Everybody knows each other, your cousin is also your uncle, and everyone goes to the barn dance on Saturday night. Where I live, there are two places to go : the mall or the movie theater. And the theater has only been open for about five or six years. And it's not like this is a small town or anything! We are a mere bus ride away from downtown Montreal, one of the cultural epicentres of North America. But instead we hang around the theater and the mall. I hate the suburbs.

I need to get a job. My sister got into university, so if all goes well I will be taking over her prestigious (*eyeroll*) barrista position. If I ever get around to applying, that is.

And that's about it.
