This is the note I wrote in the card I'm gonna give him later today. Don't mind the inside jokes. I wanted to post this cause it basically illustrates my feelings about the boy and I just thought it was cute.

Hey babe,

I haven’t always supported you like I do now, but this year I’ve realized you have so many great qualities. You’re cute, you’re funny, and you’re smart, in a non-conventional sort of way. (Yes, being awesome at video games qualifies as being smart)

You have so many reasons to be proud of yourself. You graduated! Thirteen long years of studying (or not studying), of taking tests, of sleepless nights working on projects. I know I’m proud of myself, for doing that, and I’m incredibly proud of you too.

I’m sure there will be plenty of wonderful accomplishments in your future, so look at this not as the end of an era, but as the beginning of something totally brand new. Think of all the people you’ve met, all the places you’ve seen! Think of that big world that you still have left to see.

I’ll love you always and I’ll come visit you lots at John Abbott next year, don’t you worry. Don’t fuck too many Abbott sluts while I’m not around. And, for your own good, stay off drugs and don’t quit school.

You are the most wonderful person in my life, and you make me so happy. I love you so much.
