Been listening to makeout songs for the past couple of days. You know, those songs where the guy's voice is all whispery and mellow, or where the guitar is just so soft and perfect. Or those songs with the bow-chicka-wow-wow porn rhythm. Those songs that just make you feel like grabbing someone and locking yourself in a room with them for several hours?

I took the bus down to the college I will be attending next year, and let me tell you, the commute is gonna be BRUTAL. An hour to go, with two buses, then the orange subway line, and then the blue line. And then an hour to come back.

As I said to someone earlier, I better learn to read on a moving vehicle without spewing because that's about the only time I will have to study.

I was down there to make some course choices, and I was VERY glad to see a girl I knew from school. It's scary enough walking around a strange and quiet building downtown, it's always nice not to have to do it alone. She was also very glad to see me.

Schoolwork needs to be started. Soon. I will regret this whole procrastination business on Monday, I know I will.

The last couple of days I've been hanging out with some guys from my neighbourhood. They are a couple of years younger than me and are mostly interested in my little sisters, and since I am now ATTACHED it is quite refreshing to hang around guys with absolutely ZERO pressure. Seriously. Like I can go down to the park in my pajamas and smell like yesterday's whore and we can still have thumbwars and laugh at the little kids riding around on their scooters.

God, I miss having friends. I know it's basically my fault that I've pushed everyone away in the last year or so. It's just nice to have people care what the hell I'm up to again.
